6 Month Warranty

We know that you have some options when it comes to device services, more importantly we understand how precious and valuable your device is to you. So, in addition to great prices and highly trained technicians, we offer a 6 Month Warranty on our used devices as well as all of our repair services. We want you to be happy, because we want to build a lasting relationship with our customers. Hopefully you won’t need to come back to us, but if you do we want you to be confident in the level of service you will receive.

Warranty Terms & Disclaimer

The term ‘You’ includes you and any of your owners, employees, partners, independent contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, attorneys, agents, heirs, and assigns.

We may be referred to as ‘Us,’ ‘We,’ ‘Gadget Pros’ or ‘Cellular Repair & Exchange, LLC’ and includes and all owners, employees, subsidiaries, independent contractors, agents, attorneys, and assigns.

We warranty any replacement parts and refurbished devices used in our stores for a period of 6 months after the date of purchase from manufacturers defects only. Some exceptions may apply in certain cases, if the warranty has been voided a Gadget Pros technician will explain. Any physical or liquid damage voids any and all warranties whether expressed or implied.

We do not direct this website to minors, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen.

Computer/Cellphone and any other Electronic Device technical problems as described by a client can be completely erroneous. “Gadget Pros” bases our initial estimate on the best information available as described by the client. Often, upon further investigation, more information comes to light which causes Gadget Pros to revise this initial estimate.

‘Gadget Pros’ bills by the hour and has a 1-hr minimum – billing begins once this form is signed “accepted” and stops when signed “complete.” The relationship between Gadget Pros and client is terminated upon payment for goods and services. Gadget Pros reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Gadget Pros does not enter into any partnership expressed or implied with client, unless a written agreement exists.

The “Best Price” Guarantee means that ‘Gadget Pros’ will match any reasonably priced service of a competitor within a 25 mile radius of the location in which the repair is being performed. The competitor must be a legitimate business that has a physical retail location, proof of the pricing may be required.

‘Gadget Pros’ strongly advises all of our clients to perform regular and thorough backups. In no event will Gadget Pros be held liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damage, loss of use, loss of data, or other malady arising from purchase or use of products or services provided by Gadget Pros.

ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Our cumulative liability to you or anyone else for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or relating to the use of this website or services rendered shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for services rendered. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages or lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that the foregoing constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Agreement. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

There are unknown risks in any business, particularly so when dealing with “malware” (malicious software, ie: viruses, trojans, rootkits, backdoors, keystroke loggers, and the like) where advances and changes can happen quickly and the express purpose of which is to deceive, avoid observation and detection, obfuscate, spread and return. Because malware is such a nasty cat and mouse game “Gadget Pros” simply cannot provide any warranty for reinfection.

‘Gadget Pros’ operates on a “time and materials” basis. Full payment for services rendered and all hardware costs are due and payable upon delivery of goods and services. Any device that is not picked up by the customer within 30 days of the completion of the performance of services will forfeit the device to Gadget Pros.

By paying the full amount due balance on the invoice for the service(s) and/or repair(s) which are listed on the Customer Invoice, the client accepts the invoice and is satisfied with the work performed by Gadget Pros for the service(s) and/or repair(s) requested by the client.

All products used by Gadget Pros are in no way affiliated with Samsung, Apple, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, or any other related enterprise outside of the Gadget Pros ownership. All products sold herein are meant as replacements only and are in no way meant to be represented as original from said corporations. Customers should note that replacing components of a device typically voids any manufacturer warranty and Gadget Pros is in no way responsible for any compensation due to warranty revocation. Gadget Pros expressly forbids the representation of any items sold as being original from the manufacturer and any customer who so chooses to do so, does so at his/her own risk. Gadget Pros claims no liability in any customer who’s business practices constitute United States patent and trademark law infringement. We urge any repair business to not misrepresent Gadget Pros or products purchased from Gadget Pros in a way that would violate any state or federal law.

The customer also agrees to release Gadget Pros from any responsibility for reimbursement due to loss or theft or otherwise catastrophic acts of nature or man, such as but not limited to: hurricane, tornado, war, monsoon, typhoon, fire, flood, zombie apocalypse, or any other acts of God, nature or man that are out of Gadget Pros control.

Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, the property tests satisfactory after repair.

Rates are subject to change at any time.

All sales and repairs are final.
